Recently, PPH was lucky enough to book photographer Jessica Mowan of Jessica Lian Photography for a holiday portrait session. Through out the afternoon, Jessica got great images of twenty-two PPH horses decked out with festive garlands. Perfect (and ready!) for future holiday greetings! Jessica's first became interested in photography following a stint in the Army, during her college days at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs when she began taking photos of her fellow IHSA equestrian team members. Having grown up with horses Jessica knows how to work with each horse to get just the right look. However, horses are only one aspect of Jessica's portfolio. As shown by this small selection of her work, Jessica has a great eye for composing a shot on the fly and working with her subjects to create a unique work of art just for them.
We're really glad we booked Jessica and if you'd like to schedule a shoot with her, you'd better do it now! Jessica will be relocating to Texas this summer but is booking shoots here in NM through mid-June
